Danielle Silverberg

Danielle Silverberg discovered her passion for dance at the age of five, and she has been in love with it ever since. She began competing at the age of nine and started training as a full-time competitive dancer at Dance Surge. Danielle trained extensively in jazz, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, tap, acro, and musical theatre. She later continued her training independently with a private instructor, while concurrently being involved in the Arts West Dance Program throughout high school.

Danielle has been teaching dance since 2018. While earning her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph, she continued pursuing her passion by teaching young dancers both at the University and at a local dance studio. Since graduating, she has taught at a variety of studios throughout the GTA, specializing in jazz and contemporary, while also teaching ballet, lyrical, hip-hop, musical theatre, and acro. In 2026, Danielle became a certified ADAPT teacher after graduating from the ADAPT Teacher Training School.

She is passionate about creating classes that are both challenging and fun, where dancers feel supported, encouraged, and motivated to reach their full potential. She believes every dancer can improve through dedication, hard work, and a willingness to learn. Her favourite part of teaching is watching dancers grow, overcome challenges, and experience the excitement and pride that comes with seeing their hard work pay off.
